Happy birthday Malaysia. Rest in peace, Princess Diana

We shall always remember 31th of Augst is the Merdeka day of Malaysia, and the fatal day of Princess Diana.
Anyway, don't be over sensitive, a best wishes from a friendly neighbour for peacefully cruising through half a century without major mishaps.
Amen

The 3rd most powerful woman in the world - Ho Ching

Well, I must be very careful about this post -- for the obvious reason.
But I guess Singaporeans will not have complaint about this. As long as we are earning money and we are prosperous, so what we see members of Lee's family everywhere?

Singapore appreciates your effort, Indonesia

A street protest by only hundreds of people (about 150 people) in Indonesia is a small case and usually not worth reporting. But, this is special.

It is a protest against Malaysia. That is why AsiaOne put this news as the headline of the day. It is a silly dog-fight between 2 Singapore's bitter neighbours. Readers must be thrilled to read such kind of news. Obviously we would like to see no winner from this incident.

Pyramid system is everywhere...

Just think about it, at home, in office, in a country, or in this world, it is always a few people to control the rest of the people. You might not be happy with what they say or they do, but you can't do anything about it. And you bear consequences of the actions from these jokers.

Child abuse? It depends on how you publicize it.

The Indian coach has been arrested because his 6-year old kid is indeed found malnurition after the 60 km run. Both the coach and the kid really didn't look photogenic to people.

Now look at the China's version.

Oh yeah, the girl is definitely cuter. She didn't look suffering. And her father is more handsome. Well, more importantly, the girl spoke for herself. She just likes to run.

Not sure what the fate the father will have, but one thing for sure - Chinese are better in marketing. That is why China has been properous - sooner or later, going to overtake USA as the biggest economic giant.

Where Indian is still plagued with malaria, civil war, Tamil Tiger bandits, crowds, cows and cows dung...

Are women's breasts considered private parts? Think twice...

Ladies and gentlemen, take note!
In Singapore's law, women's breasts might not be considered as private parts. If a man grabs a woman's breasts, it is not necessary ruled as molest!!

A lawyer almost made this happened, when he defended an Indian national who was on trial for molesting a woman by grabbing her breasts.

He used the definition of private part from dictionary to argue with the judge that the Indian lecher did not molest the victim when he grabbed her breasts. Obviously he has successfully convinced the judge because initially the Indian was fined for S$4,500 for his wrong-doing -- only after appealling by the presecutor, the lecher got jail term.

Too bad, women are almost able to walk the street with their bare chests, if it is not considered as exposing private parts, anyway.

The news is here.

Anime downloaders from Pacnet have privilege!

What makes PacNet so different from other Internet Providers? Anime downloaders from PacNet won't be losing sleep now. The judge said PacNet does not need to reveal the information of subscribers who illegally download copyrighted anime from internet, but Starhub and SingNet have to!

I don't dare to tell my understanding why this can happen because I am afraid kena sued!

Singapore media is too obsessed to negative news

This is another proof that Singapore media is just too happy to report negative news of other countries - a desperate and lame effort to show how good Singapore is??

In the above example, the China Airlines was not forced to divert because of running low on fuel, but instead the runaway lane in Nagoya Airport was occupied by birds. Read this to prove yourself!

Can the largest and most established broadcaster in Singapore show us some professionalism to report accurate news??

But...come on, they are just some silly songs from a puppy young man. Those people must have been bored for too long or just too desperate to claim credit. Simply disgusting!

Use your naked body to save the world!

Yes, naked body brings more impact. This group of people used their naked bodies in the bloodily cold Alps to try to save the world. This is definitely meaningful, insightful, and beautiful!

I would suggest to my fellow citizen, if you are requesting or fighting for something, consider using your naked body. Be it from your boss, your parents, your boy/girlfriend, wife/husband, brother/sister, bank or government, naked body always brings the impact.

The actual serious news is here.

This is a small world, small planet.

Do you think we are actually living in a very very small world? If there is another intelligent creature living in the bigger planet in the outer space, they sure find us funny fighting each other for money, status, women, fame and other materialistic stuff.

Just like we will laugh at 2 dogs fighting each other for a rib bone.

Nightmare for anime downloaders!

The islandwide crackdown on illegal downloading of anime is going to haunt the people who have been or used to downloading anime illegally. Starhub is going to backdate at least 1 year ago to reveal those who have illegally download the anime through its network.

But, let me ask you, you are subscribing to the high speed and expensive broadband, and if you can't download Mp3, can't download blockbuster movies, and now can't download anime, why would you still need the cable network??

You have been loyally paying Starhub bucks of dollar every month and now they are going to reveal your identify and your "crime". Don't you feel "betrayed", "cheated"?

Super parking skills

Let me tell you the freaking truth about all these incidents --- the drivers are all women!!

Malaysia & Singapore

How I wish Malaysia and Singapore can have a good relationship like the cat and the dog above.

Friday, August 10, 2007

Woohooo! I just like this guy!

This kind of foreign talent is what Singapore government hungers for.

After learning that Malaysia government might be taking action against him, this cool guy "published" another song. Very daring. Salute!

Why we are ranked 71st?

Have you ever wondered why the most expensive government is not able to give us the top most quality of life?

What worse? We are ranked behind countries like Mexico and Bermuda???

But the consolation is that we are better than Malaysia!

This singer is now under public scrutiny because he was accused for insulting the national anthem. Will Singapore have someone so daring like him?
